I agree and I also think it also could be caused by the George Floyd situation and other times where cops are attacked and have their lives ruined by ppl tearing them apart in the public. Many of them have gotten scared to actually do their job without worrying about the fall out.

To the OP. I think many of us would. Maybe 70% If it was their child endangered probably 97%. This is a pretty based board with to many losers.

But then again the losers will trust the police to respond. Within 2 minutes. Or 5. Or 10, 20, ,40? An hour?

Detaining a man willing to go defend his kid is a new low.

If I was randomly called off the street to go in and take him out, probably not, because I have my children to come home to. But you can bet your arse if my child was in there I would have lost my life to get in that school and get to them. And I sure as hell wouldn’t have restrained parents from going in to get their children while doing jack shite like those officers did.

It’s one guy. History has shown us that the people who commit these acts aren’t fricking John Wick. They’re losers who grew up in shitty homes with shitty parents.

Go to any gun range in this country and 99% of the people shooting couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn when under stress. While most cops are under trained, they’re a hell of a lot more trained than this 18 year old.

You say a cops job isn’t to run into a building to get shot, sure, that may be correct. However, it sure as shite is there job to “protect and serve”, which they were not doing sitting in a parking lot pulling security while kids were getting shot inside.

Most wouldn’t. The ones who do are in fact special. It’s easy to bang away on a keyboard, not so easy running into fire when you’re outgunned.

There are never enough of them. Once upon a time they were pretty common, because the weak didn’t survive. The last 40 years haven’t exactly promoted that very important mindset.
