She’s at fault, but I’d be blaming myself going 100 mph in a 40. That’s reckless and he should be charged.

The person going 100 is dead, otherwise she would be charged, likely with the death of her daughter, as well.

The driver of the vehicle containing the 5 yr old was going 60mph over the speed limit- 100mph when the crash occurred & a delta8 vape pen was found in the car.

Bewley had been cleared to drive & no charges were filed.

Where does it say this? I see he had a pen, but how do you know he was high?

It wasn’t a he it was a she. The mother of the dead child was the one taking Delta 9 and the cause of the crash.

An investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol found that 27-year-old Alyssa Ortman was driving 100 miles an hour less than a second before the crash. A toxicology report also detected the psychoactive compound Delta 9 THC in Ortman’s blood.

There’s a community note saying the driver of the car that had the little girl was going 100mph in a 40mph area.

as a parent of a 6 yr old, and another on the way, there is zero chance that if what had transpired with him transpired with me, that the Senator, her spouse, and any animals in the residence would still be breathing today.
Let's examine this hypothetical.

Your wife was high on THC and was driving 100 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone. She plowed into a car that would NOT have been an impediment, if she had been either (a) unimpaired or (b) traveling the speed limit.

Your wife's poor decisions killed your child, and your response is to go kill the OTHER driver, her family and their pets, for no apparent reason other than her political affiliation?

You seem rational.
