2025
NJ Gov
Dem 1,798,690
GOP 1,382,107

2021
NJ Gov
Dem 1,339,471
GOP 1,255,185

Ciattarelli only gained 126k new voters in a 4 year span. Meanwhile, our friends on the left gained a net 459k. Thought our favorite gay ScottyP was making inroads in the state. What gives and what does the RNC do these days?

It is motivation.

The party who is out of power is almost always heavily motivated. They will be heavily motivated in a year as well. Republicans acting as if the Democratic Party is almost dead doesn't help.

He's out there working his arse off and sounding the alarm every time he gets the data. Bro is a warrior and doing more than anyone on this board to try and fix things in the beating heart of enemy territory.

Charlie Kirk is responsible in no small part for Trump winning AZ, and Scott Presler and his team secured PA for Trump without question in 2024.

Let's not criticize Scott unless it's absolutely warranted. He's out there doing the Lord's work, and if you follow him on socials the guy has been warning everyone that turnout and enthusiasm in NJ needed to turn up several notches to even make it close. Now factor in the Establishment Fraud System that still permeates the deep-blue strongholds, and you can put two and two together and figure it out.

Clinging to this stupid cope will prevent any actual progress from being made. There is zero evidence of this, it’s impotent loser talk. Blaming the refs.

The GOP is going to get their shite pushed in in the midterms...

Outside of a bunch of Trump executive orders, the Republican controlled government has done basically nothing since taking over -- which is what they always do. Sit on their frickin hands until the Dems take the House or Senate, then go back to grifting for money to "stop the liberal agenda"

No one has criticized him. Just curious why the numbers are so skewed.

Old school NJ residents have been leaving the state in droves since 2021 and have been migrating south unfortunately.

And a quick google search explains how those numbers have come about above:

Key components of New Jersey's migration since 2021:
Net Domestic Migration: The state has consistently seen a net loss of residents to other states. From April 1, 2020, to July 1, 2024, New Jersey had a total net domestic outmigration of -192,209 people.
Net International Migration: This is the primary driver of the state's overall population growth. During the same period (April 1, 2020, to July 1, 2024), New Jersey gained 327,188 international immigrants.

NJ and NY are shite holes

Why? You'll claim 'no standing' like we saw in 2020, and 5 years later, we'll find out it was completely stolen, but no longer under statute.

Not my state, don't care. But the pretense of fair elections has been dissolved.

Claims are already coming in..

A Democrat won a blue state?

And like the poster above notes. The right wing folks from New Jersey moved south.

you could make a similar case with the Democrats losing midterms and special elections in the Obama era, even in states that Obama won. they lost Ted Kennedy's seat in MA in a 2010 special election

people vote against the ruling party and Obama and Trump struggle with getting their voters to show in off year and midterms .

Fair enough.

Just saying, there's blame to go around, particularly among Republican voters who just weren't motivated for myriad reasons. But Scott definitely wasn't lacking effort, and he has been blowing the whistle for a while now that people need to show up of they want real changes.

I follow Scott on socials because that dude is out there every day and he's the most dialed-in influencer around right now. Every trend that he's pointed out, has played out exactly as he claimed it would. His team and his analysts are superb with the metrics.

Yes, NJ got bluer. We need to focus our message on more day to day issues and the 80-20 issues that got PA for Trump. But one cannot dismiss that NJ has had a lot of people move over the last four years. The top destination for their move was FL. Lost a lot of R voters.

Democrats were not energized in 2021 and were in 2025.

NJ is still a blue state, if Dens show up in big numbers they are gonna win there.
