“Terrorist violence in any form whether directed at Christians, Muslims, or other communities remains an affront to Nigeria’s values and to international peace and security,” Tuggar said in the statement.

France has been kicked out of or withdrawn their military from most of the francophone countries in West Africa. The Brits really don’t have the capability to conduct meaningful operations that far from their home turf, at least not with our help. There may have been some peripheral international support but likely nothing significant.
