As do I, but what about them denying this group from expressing themselves while allowing the immigration commercials in past years.

NFL is not above politics, they are just to the left. And that’s fine, just don’t pretend you are above it

Did you even click the Link? The OP was wrong in his title.

This is not about a TV ad. This is about not letting a political group put an ad in the Program that is handed out at the Stadium.

Have you ever been to a football game? Ever gotten a program for that game? Ever seen political ads in that program?

Never cared to read a program. Have you read through every one?

You may be right though, I can’t say from experience

Good move on their part. The NFL does not run political ads. It would be foolish for them to allow this. And before anyone says that the NFL let the players kneel, it was the players right to. The NFL forcing them to stand would have been very political on the NFL’s part

So I assume you are praising the NFL for refusing to show political ads then? lol dumbass

Also - since you all are “boycototting” over this I would think you would be happy that this groups money isn’t going to the NFL?

Apparently, only NFL players are allowed freedom of speech. People who actually fought to protect the NFL players right to free speech are not allowed to exercise their free speech rights.

Doesn't matter. This will be one of the least watched Super Bowls ever.

Why would they refuse this, yet cater to BLM?

The NFL is refusing to run a veterans group’s Super Bowl ad asking people to “please stand” for the national anthem because the message is too political.

The most blatantly hypocrital and brashly wilfully ignorant statement I think I've ever read from a corporation.

I mean the absolute audacity the NFL has to say they won't allow the ad because it's too political is mind blowing ridiculous.

If they were going to go all in on the players kneeling and making sure that kneeling was shown on national television before every game, and mentioned in every news article and discussed ad nauseum on ESPN, I cannot believe they'd put that statement out.
