Dude, the Steele report is a KNOWN fabrication. You don't know this, or you just can't accept this?

The literal quote from the summary released by Tulsi says, it "did not adhere to the tenets of the ICD Analytic Standards".

More language supporting my post:

quote:

Finding #2: Significant Tradecraft Failings Cast Doubt on ICA Judgments of Putin's Intentions

Judgments, not facts.

quote:

Finding #3: The ICA Failed to Acknowledge That Key Judgments on Putin's Intentions Were Based on Raw Intelligence That Did Not Meet Tradecraft Standards

Judgments, not facts.

They didn't meet tradecraft standards, speaking of the assessments (opinions).

That is when they are acting under OFFICIAL presidential duties. What official duty is there to attempt to sabotage a political opponents presidential campaign?

Do you really want to go down that road?

I've always believed it to be that.

But opinions differed, especially in the summer of 2016.

As I've said many times (a few times in here) without a mind reader or a smoking gun, how do you prove Obama KNEW it was a fabrication in real time?

Even the reports that have been released to "prove" all of this speak in terms of second-level analysis of primary analysis, which is based in subjectivity and opinions.

What you did.

The correct framing is asking if Obama's role as head of the DOJ, CIA, Military, etc. is a core executive function. The answer is clearly yes.

Your framing avoided the actual question.

Were you meaning to type "bad framing"? Because bad faming isn't a fricking word, genius.

I guess you need to break that to old Tricky Dick then, and let him know that being POTUS allows you to spy on your political operatives, and the pardon he received was not needed.

SFP, "I am always right....everyone else who disagrees with my opinion is always wrong".

It doesn't get simpler than that.

The criminal immunity ruling came a few decades after his saga.

Impeachment was and still is the legal remedy for any president who breaks the law. Trial in a court of law is the legal remedy for anyone accused of following an unlawful order OR breaking the law while following a lawful order (which appears to be the case here).

(1) this proves there was NO predicate to open the investigation.

(2) Strzok admits they have nothing but participates in opening 2 additional investigations of Trump/Russian collusion that span across 4 years, $10's of millions of dollars and 4 illegal fisa warrants to spy on the POTUS.

Not a single person has gone to jail.......yet.

Are you implying that the parties involved were all operating in good faith as they fabricated evidence and swore to a court that it was accurate in order to surveil on a citizen and potential/current president? Including creating a perjury trap to ensnare Flynn - from surveillance that was improved based on this false intelligence?

This isn’t hopium either - it’s been shown to be absolutely true with malicious intent.

So, there is really nothing stopping any POTUS from using known fabricated intelligence reports as weapons against their political opponents then, right? You would see no legal problem with JD Vance and Trump doing so against the upcoming Dem candidate, right?

"Good faith" is something I never referenced.

I said that the underlying analyses at issue are subjective and based on opinions, and proving otherwise at a criminal trial will require a mind reader or smoking gun.

Then when you sprinkle in all the expansion in the powers and protections of the executive the past 13 months, and it gets even harder.
