He wasn’t charged for testimony about the CIA referral.

People can be this stupid

Those people can't rule the world like the "Deep State" is alleged to.

...and sloppy apparently.

They panicked when Hitlery lost because they never thought they would have to try and cover their tracks.

Looks like the grand conspiracy charges are getting more traction every day.

Let's break down this new damning evidence:

- FBI letterhead notes in his handwriting: “Hillary Rodham Clinton plan to tie Russia to Trump.” Plain as day. He knew, he ran it, then lied to Congress.
- Notes stuffed in a burn bag, hidden deep in a secret FBI vault, ready to torch before President Trump and Kash Patel arrived.
- Burner Gmail alias “Reinhold Neighbor” leaking classified dirt to the New York Times, illegal, denied under oath to Congress.
- Emails to FBI Special Government Employee Daniel Richman: “Well done, my friend. Who knew this would be so fun?” And: “President-elect Clinton will be very grateful.”

These filings eviscerate Comey’s defense. There is no doubt superseding indictments are locked and loaded.

He engineered the fraud, buried the evidence, and lied.

The cover-up always gets you. Comey’s done.

I don't believe the MAL raid was a secret op to retake these documents, and this revelation (I'm assuming its true) supports my stance.

Take note that Comey was so full of himself, plain stupid full of arrogance..... He not only admitted outright to his alias email Reinhold. He sent classified information with. He was so braggadocious about it- he fried himself.

Agree

Why didn’t “they” burn the burn bags?

Because their arrogant and thought they were going to win

Plus he probably wanted some security for himself in case people turned on him

And? Why not just burn the bags?

This doesn't make sense, either. Nothing has implicated others and he was one of the highest-stationed people.

Even the most simplistic MAL FBI raid known story is horrid and quite damning. Trump declassified. Biden classified and removed Trump's security clearance to fry him. This came out in MSM news.

Then they said SOME papers were so highly classified few could read them. Were those documents the ones released now on Arctic frost, or crossfire hurricane special dork Comey notations we see?

Clearly not

Why would Trump not have declassified and publicly displayed these documents prior to January 2021? Why not do it during the campaign?

I'm not sure if Benny is genuinely stupid or just a grifter, but none of this shows that "Comey is cooked." It shows what we already know: Comey is a Deep State, pro Democrat partisan who...in a just world...should have been prosecuted for abuse of office.

Unfortunately, that didn't happen in a timely manner. Trump 2.0 was left with a weak case of lying to Congress in 2020...three years after Comey was removed from power.

I give Halligan credit for filing a brief that will defeat these two motions to dismiss, but there will be no superseding indictments against Comey and he won't be convicted of the only two charges the DOJ could bring.

Comey is horrible...duh. But if you want to understand why he won't be convicted, take 5 minutes to read this article:

After law school in Virginia, I was a clerk for a federal district judge. I am familiar with federal criminal procedure. This "superseding indictment" stuff gives people who don't understand the law false hope about Comey actually being prosecuted for his more serious crimes.

I appreciate the real world expertise of people on PoliBoard. I am woefully ignorant about mortgages and real estate. It was helpful to hear knowledgeable people chime in about the facts of the Letitia James case.

Only since you asked...of relevance to this issue, I'm a graduate of a top ten law school, was a law clerk for a federal district judge...which involved hands on experience with federal criminal law.

Of course, that doesn't mean I am correct about this, but I get sick of influencers telling people what they want to hear...and then providing no proof.

But if you say things they don’t like here, you’re gonna get demoted to assistant to the paralegal

shite, SFP has already been disbarred by the Poli Board
