These people are stupid. I read an article earlier stating that NYC has lost 10 billionaires in the last 4yrs. Over $100m in tax revenue as 1% pays over 40% of the tax rev there. I can't remember if they now have 67 billionaires left or that 10 was out of that amount so down to 57.
