So you dont know the history behind this? Just found it on google? Read up on it next time buttercup and maybe we will have a chat.
You are deflecting.
It’s a dead 30 week old baby. Period. Let’s just imagine that baby was in a woman with “health” problems.
You won’t answer the question what is different about that baby and a baby that has just been born at 30 weeks.
Why can’t you respond. Be honest with yourself for once.

For those pretending to be ignorant of the insidiousness of the health exception in the abortion debate.
abortion is not illegal if there is a risk to the life or health of the woman. This article discusses the process of expanding the interpretation of this "health exception" to mean that even the possibility of harm to health should make an abortion legal--which then becomes a mechanism for expanding women's right of access to safe abortion services.
You pieces of shite know exactly the game you're playing. You disgust me.

Would you like to me post a picture of a homicide and tell you that capital punishment is murder? Wake the frick up.

Ah boy here we go. The law is black and white but what they really mean is a bunch of stuff that you are ready to tell me about? You truly are a joke.
Posted on 1/23/19 at 1:15 pm to ShreveportHog94
If the law is black and white then what are the explicitly stated health conditions where abortion will be legal in New York now?

What is wrong with Abortion being left up to individual states?

Alas, I know that you were just hoping that no one was aware.

Oh ok so you like to play games. Fine
What’s the difference between a 24 week old baby that is aborted legally.
And a 24 week old baby in the NICU.
Or to put it in other words. Why would you go to prison if you smothered your 24 week old infant in the NICU, but wouldn’t go to prison if you had a doctor rip it out of you with a knife?
Posted on 1/23/19 at 1:19 pm to RebelExpress38
Why limit there
Give them a 24 he post birth try before you commit period

Why do you need more time to decide and kill your baby
Posted on 1/23/19 at 1:23 pm to ShreveportHog94
You are the type of liberal douchebag that would have a hissy fit if a smashed some endangered Sea Turtle eggs.
You would probably want to send me to prison over that. Why? It’s just eggs. It’s not a life. It’s not another creature.
Why the frick do we protect sea turtle eggs but we can’t protect a fetus? LINK

Wait, you guys are now against abortions in case the mother's life is at risk?
Anti-abortion folks get crazier and crazier.

How about deciding before entering kindergarten? Hard and fast rule. You can't kill your first grader.

Oh look another moron.
Maybe you can define “health” for us. Better yet, I wonder why they didn’t define it in the bill. Hmmmmmm
