That would be pretty crazy to take such a drastic action so quickly. Actually I read it's a federal case, so state bail laws won't apply. IF she is facing 4 counts of attempt murder of PO in federal court.....just wow.

Well, I did just read that she was originally charged with all that worst stuff by the state, but the feds swiftly took over the matter and have charged her with "using and attempting to use incendiary devices" which from what I can tell carries up to 20 years. Those state charges didn't carry over. There's a reason for this, nonetheless I'm flummoxed.
