Well how does that work in the case of Derek Todd Lee?? Police were looking for a loner white dude bc of some FBI profiler at the same time ignoring claims from local law enforcement to look into Lee.

And there was recently a podcast about the Atlanta child murders which cast a lot of doubt on his guilt. Even though he pretty much got caught red handed. Get caught killing kids, but because he's black there's doubt. Sounds like textbook black privilege to me.
