Why does the background behind the "eyewitness" keep moving around while he is talking ??? Because it is a doctored/superimposed tape. Take a look. It is obvious.
And, the Internet country code for the .io domain (the URL for the story) is assigned to the British Indian Ocean Territory.

There's no evidence that he FBI was ever involved. The DC police say they weren't.
The only person who said the FBI was involved was Wheeler, a P.I. that was hired by a non-family-member attention whore lawyer. Wheeler claimed the FBI examined Rich's computer. The next morning Wheeler recanted his claim about the FBI and the computer.
