There isn't any dispute that the operative indictment was NOT presented to the full Grand Jury. The import of that, however, is not as clear cut as most commentators are making it out to be.
The case the judge asked them to brief on seems to allow leeway for a judge to NOT dismiss the indictment if there was no material prejudice to the defendant.

It appears the testimony from the GJ is that they "voted on" the 2 counts.
The question is if the paperwork filed with the court was presented to the whole GJ.

I think what the judge did to Lindsey Galligan was defamatory. She should sue him. He never should have spoken that way or made a ruling like that with knowing 100% that it was true. He is either incompetent or malicious and did it to smear get and prejudice the case. He needs to be removed from the bench.

You posted a 1:42:00 YT video, and want my reaction. I appreciate it, but could you narrow it down or explain why it merits attention.
Y'all seem to think the discussion is "Do we want Comey to be convicted and put in jail?"
My answer to that is YES! I wish Trump 1.0 had lawyers with the balls to prosecute the RussiaGate hoax, but Trump was sabotaged from within on that.
So, all we're left with (unless somehow Comey’s actions can be linked in a conspiracy all the way through the MAL raid) is with this extremely weak case. I'm discussing what WILL happen. Not what I want to happen.
This case, in the unlikely event it makes it to trial, has ZERO chance of resulting in a conviction with a Yankee Virginia jury and a Democrat judge who worked under Comey.
I hate to see y'all get misled by grifters who make a living by telling MAGA what we want to hear, rather than objectively analyzing the case.
