The Chicago Bears are going to flee Soldier Field for Arlington Heights.
United Airlines will probably flee the Willis Tower for Houston.
Conventions and tourism will be impacted.
The Chicago airports will be impacted. Others will grow while they stagnate.
And so on.

I'd have to imagine United would start de-emphasizing O'Hare if this goes through. Southwest would probably do the same with Midway.
