I've been on the camp that if there were "rigged machines" then you would see it in the hand recounts. Well, how do they explain this one?

"From the ever-vigilant folk at the Live Free or Die Report (on Facebook). They have a photo of a recount sheet for the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham. The original machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans by almost exactly 300 votes."
Who did the recount? Why isn't posted by the SOS? Why are you lending credibility to some rando holding up a printed out spreadsheet on facebook? Why are you so easily duped?

So, even assuming the facts in this article are true, all this does is prove your belief that hand recounts prove the accuracy of the Dominion machines.
This hand recount showed an error by the electronic machines (allegedly). Those were not Dominion machines, although Dominion does currently own the assets of the company that made them.

Was there widespread fraud? I don't know. Trump had his chance to prove it in court and he didn't. But there was some shade stuff going on at the local levels and we can't ignore that.

Not at all. Dominion did not make those machines, anniversary sold them. I suppose they would service them, if necessary, but these are not the machines that have been disparaged.
The larger point was my first oaragraph: the hand recounts prove the accuracy of the Dominion machines. In this case, hand recounts uncovered a flaw. In other states they prove accuracy.
