Alaska Republicans absolutely despise Lisa Murkowski in new @ppppolls survey. Just 17% approve of her job performance, versus 71% who disapprove publicpolicypolling.com/wp-content/upl…

This is one of the first public polling done in Alaska.

She is absolutely fricked.

She will attempt to switch gears and be a big Trump proponent in order to keep her seat.

Won't work, but it could be beneficial.

Of course...she could know no matter what she does she is out, so she sets herself up to be on the media circuit after....

Didn't Palin say she was running against her?

Surprised she was even that high.

Native coalition will still vote for her.

She's likely to run as an independent, split the GOP vote, and give the Dems the seat as a spoiler.

Nah, what needs to be worried about is the house seat.

Don young's seat is vulnerable.

Nope. She's going to go the other way. The "Jumping Jim" Jeffords or Arlen "Magic Bullet" Specter way.

Blee dat!

yes she did, but it was more to get murkowski out and using palins overwhelming popularity to do it then palin wanting back in politics

with this type of news she may just sit it out and let another conservative run like the guy murkowski stole the election from last time. she 100% lost the election but used some asinine write in ballot recount system to magically manufacture a shite ton of votes to come from way behind and claim victory. she was down something like 72k votes and after the recount she wins

No one on either side likes her so she wouldn't be attractive to anyone

She stuck around about 10 years ago as a write in because she was too good at getting the pork to her constituents.

On top of that, the only Dem Senator in Alaska’s history I am aware of only got his seat because of bullshite charges against Ted Stevens. And he did nothing to endear himself to the state.

Trump won AK by 15 points. No reason they shouldn’t have a reliable conservative in her seat.

Primary her arse in 2022

She will spread that Murkowski family money in the remote villages and get those numbers up real quick around election time. She hired a team of people to go to the villages and basically recite how to spell her name to the native residents during her write-in campaign after she lost her last primary. Her Daddy's ties go VERY deep in that state. Hopefully some of the younger Alaskans don't know who her dad is.

Her dad has been out of office for probably 14 years now. That’s almost a generation.

Palin had been in office for years before McCain selected her in 2008 and she got the job by beating him.

Maybe she can run as a Democrat. They approve.

She is going to win. In 2010 she lost the GOP primary and still won as a write-in candidate and in 2016 the libertarian candidate was the runner-up. A Democrat is not winning that race.

Sarah Palin isn't the answer they need some fresh blood in Alaska.

Murkowski really screwed up because Democrats only make up 13% of the electorate in Alaska.

My purpose wasn’t to push Palin as much as give an idea of when Murkowski the Elder lost his seat.

It’s like Edwin Edwards to people in Louisiana. He’s a legendary politician to people who were aware of him while he was running the state but the younger generation is like “Who is this old white felon?”

Murkowski as a Repub is really a joke. That woman is as anti-Trump as Mitt Romney. Shame she isn't up for re-election this year!
