It's part of his job to obstruct congress. It's why he was elected.

But what does that term have to do with anything happening today?

The biggest joke of this whole impeachment farce. Basically trying to claim that Congress has unlimited power over the presidency. It's also one of the biggest reasons that even independents don't believe this is legit.

Like I said: Anyone who supports this nonsense is a national disgrace and embarrassment

I'm not surprised that CelticDog supports impeachment based on triple hearsay and opinions from liberal law professors

Disgusting.

Question: have you ever taken civics?

The three branches of govt are expressly in existence to obstruct one another.

Help me out here... I have been scouring the list of High Crimes and Misdemeanors in the USC but I cannot find "Obstruction of congress" codified in any of them......

He used the correct way to protest and that was going to the courts. Just because it wouldn’t fit in liberals timeframe does not mean what he did was wrong.

A VETO is technically obstruction of Congress. It's part of his job.

The HOR is ignoring that the branches are equal. When the legislative seeks documents and the executive blocks it, it is standard procedure to go to the courts(judicial) to get the information you want to obtain.

This is a gross abuse of power by the HOR.

Tim Ryan is a congressman from Ohio.

LINK

I'm not sure why any of this is his fault.
