These people make decisions that literally can ruin multitudes of lives. They shouldn't get to escape being responsible to their constituency. That's a big problem I have with the entire concept of Washington DC. It's become a twisted Mount Olympus, removed from the peasants it bankrupts, criminalizes or sends to war.
Yep. Maybe that guy lost his business or job when the Gov shut down the state. Maybe he was directly impacted by some other decision. Either way, they don’t deserve to be insulated from their decisions and the consequences.

Face the consequences of your actions. Babying these governors, reps, senators, has led us to where we are. I wonder what cassidy thinks of this? - I already know...

What should we do to governments who harass hard working citizens?

You won’t respond with a good answer because you’re part of the problem
But let's take this to the proper conclusion.
You think a crowd haranguing a couple on a date at a restaurant somehow moves us toward getting the guy out of office? Really?
Are you a proponent of something more vile/violent when simple harassment doesn't work? What's the endpoint?

Honest responses will result in PMs at best, and likely timeouts.

People who ruin lives with their decisions should not feel comfortable leaving their home. They should hide in fear and eat takeout.

When suggesting that people shouldn’t do this, are you for something to prevent it? If so what? When the govt dictates that you wear a mask or not open your business, how violent should the enforcement get when people resist ?

I just find the prospect of some punk screaming obscenities at Mr&MrsDawgfanman and their family at a restaurant because of MrDawgfanman's political leanings to be despicable. It brings back memories of the fruitcake harassing Tucker Carlson's daughter in a similar situation, and how much restraint it would take not to beat the everloving crap out of the punk under those circumstances, or similarly with antifa terrorizing his wife in her home.

And of course it invites escalation, but that's probably the intent.

If people don’t like it vote different. Elections have consequences. Unfortunately, people will vote for the same shite every cycle and expect different results.

I am not sure that's what this is. This person was/is in a position to make decisions directly impacting the lives and livelihoods of the people of his state - and likely has, to the detriment of those harassing him. Not mere disagreement over political philosophies.

Your pussy arse needs to vote Democrat.
People like you are why Biden is in office.

I get the resentment, but not too bright on that guy's part.
Posted on 2/28/22 at 7:28 am to JG77056
This should be the way every Republican treats Biden and Pelosi during the fake State of the Union. Remember that dried up count ripping up the President’s speech? There’s no bridge too far for these people

What did Sisolak do? I’m not following
Posted on 2/28/22 at 7:31 am to JG77056
Reading up on him you wonder why this dude is hated at first. Then you get deeper the weeds and wow talk about profiting off of your office. The shot this dude has pulled makes EWE look like a innocent school boy.

I have not seen Jindal out in public since he left the governor's mansion.
I have only seen bel pepper once at a party and it was before the chyna 19 breakout. Because I was invited to the party, out of respect of the hostess, I remained civil.

MrDawgfanman and Tucker Carlson’s political leanings have not negatively impacted millions of lives over the last several years. Piece of shite elected officials have.
You know and understand the difference, but are just upset that it happened to a progressive lunatic this time.

The endpoint is when being an elected official becomes a burden instead of a winning lottery ticket.
The endpoint is when "politics" is no longer a valid career choice.

This shite is wrong. It's not right when republican officials are verbally attacked in restaurants and it's not right here.
