I just did something similar but it included 10 more minutes for shite/shave.

Phone conferences, not meetings, and yeah that's normal. That is the one inefficiency that I really need to figure out over Christmas. #1 on the list.

Yes, their stances are hypocritical and we will see how we end up in 4 years. I imagine the same as last (more government, more spending, and more debt).

Wed are traditionally my catch up days, but I had a client from yesterday who had to reschedule until 930am so this next hour is worthless in terms of real work.

'Size of government' is the argument. You keep pivoting. And no, changing the power of certain areas is not expanding the size of government, no matter how much you want it to be.

He;s going to shift things around, but I doubt the size of govt changes. Just the scope.

I give Elon 6 months around this administration then their relationship will implode.

He proposed major cuts to agencies last time in his budgets but the size overall didnt change for the good

Yes I agree there was a remnant of Jews in Palestine who never left, but it was vanishingly small from everything I’ve gathered studying this topic.

"Vanishingly small"? Jews remained a prominent plurality throughout the recorded history of what is today Israel (particularly Jerusalem), although certainly there were significant dips (as all mentioned above, Roman, Arab, Crusades and most recently Turkish upheavals). However, they were already the majority in Jerusalem by the mid/late 19th Century, when there was roughly a billion and a quarter humans, extant.

In 1876, there were approximately 12k Jews living in Jerusalem alone, versus about 7500 Muslims. Around the turn of the 20th Century, it is estimated that Christians (and these were largely Palestinian as well) held about even numbers with Muslims, but the Jewish population was skyrocketing (yes, this was Zionism).

Of the modern population, certainly a majority can trace some ancestry to the Jews that never left. Just as the Jews that were dispersed to Europe can, in most cases, trace ancestry back to the Levant.

That is true of their cousins, the Palestinians, as well. Literally the same Jews, except they converted to Islam (in some cases to Christianity before that - in other cases, they remained Christian after conversion) and intermarried with Arabs and Turks.

Tariffs will require a larger government to oversee them and manage the redistribution efforts.

I also specifically included intrusion into the free market. I never made a comment solely about the size of government.

changing the power of certain areas

Less government would be removing this power from everyone.

Agenda 17

More government is found in: 1, 2, 5, 7 (if done the way the future FCC chairman desires), 10, 11, 12, 14, 18, and 19.

Explain to me how 13k in 1852 translates to “millions” today as you said in your first post?

quote:

That is true of their cousins, the Palestinians, as well. Literally the same Jews, except they converted to Islam (in some cases to Christianity before that - in other cases, they remained Christian after conversion) and intermarried with Arabs and Turks.

Doesn’t this just prove the OP wrong? You yourself admit there are direct descendants that never left currently in Israel/Palestine. These are comprised of Jews, Muslims, and Christians. Yet they chose an ashlenazi Jew named Cohen as the actress to represent Mary.

I don’t give a shite about what actress they chose, I was just arguing that the outraged idiots weren’t wrong. Nothing you’ve posted refutes anything I’ve said in this thread.

ETA I think I see your point now that all Jews can trace their ancestry back to ancient Israel, thus all of the millions of them currently there can trace their ancestry to the same people who never left

Ok, lol. Then why did you even respond to me? Thats completely different that what I said, which was “ It’s a fact that the Palestinians have vastly more genetic similarity to the ancient Israelites than the modern Israeli Jews. That statement isn’t controversial or disputable”. You just argued a completely different point than I even made, and acted like it disproved what I said.

I’ve repeatedly proven over and over in this thread what I said was correct. I don’t know why people are mad about it, but no one has refuted any of it.
