Don Siegelman
Thought about him a couple of days ago after somebody brought up Richard Scrushy in a post.

I will see your Don Siegelman and raise you a Guy Hunt.
Fun fact; President Ronald Reagan came to Dothan AL when Charlie Graddick and Jere Beasley were in a close race to be the Democratic Party candidate for governor. At that time it was assumed the winner of that race would be the Alabama governor. Guy Hunt was the Republican candidate and he was not even invited inside the building for Reagan’s speech, I watched him interviewed in the parking lot by a local TV station.
The only reason Hunt was elected governor was because the back stabbing dirty political tricks by Beasley stealing the Democratic nomination from Graddick were exposed and the voters punished Beasley for that.

"President Coolidge come down in a railroad train
With a little fat man with a notepad in his hand
President say, "Little fat man, isn't it a shame
What the river has done to this poor cracker's land?"
