Your employer can absolutely tell you something like that. I guess the NAACP doesn’t understand that, because none of them actually work.

Employers fire employees for things they post on social media. The NAACP needs to take a knee.

Good God. My IQ just dropped significantly listening to that. The worst part is that Hallmark bowed down to them.

Just cut lose all the players and hire only undersized uncoordinated people with a 100k salary. The entertainment value shoots up.

This is not an issue about our flag, this is an issue about police brutality, (racism, and the ability of members of the NFL whose communities are disproportionately impacted by police misconduct to peacefully say enough,” NAACP interim President and CEO Derrick Johnson said in the statement. “This is not simply a black issue due to the number of white people also killed by police, but we know historically that when justice occurs for African Americans, all other members of our society benefit as well."

Not surprised the NAACP knows absolutely nothing about the first amendment or the constitution in general

Another person ignoring the fact that free speech doesnt extend to the workplace.

I like the example I heard on the radio this morning.

You walk into McDonald's and when you try to make your order for a Big Mac and fries the male worker behind the counter starts telling you about how bad his people are treated in the USA.

Do you think his employer is going to allow that worker to do that every time someone tries to order something because the worker claims he has the constitutional right of Free Speech?

Or do you think his employer will fire his arse on the spot?
