Hopefully the Georgia legislature can thwart anything radical this whore might come up with.

Look at the idiots scrambling to defend this bitch.

I thought they would be smart enough to "not see" this.

God damn this board got fun again!

Probably.

But they won't be able to fulfill their affordability promise no matter who they blame.

we're talking about vehicle insurance wouldn't your driver's record be a better metric?

How would your driving record prove your ability to pay your monthly payment on time?

Those dipshits that voted for this will vote again for this shite because they aren't smart enough to think that far ahead.

It wouldn't, but if you don't pay you get dropped with the quickness.

One way they could reward financially steady customers is to offer a discount for paying the entire year's premium up front.

How tf does your credit rating NOT show risk?

I’ve been an incredible low risk over the majority of my adult life, but my credit has been 550 to 750 on any given month and year because of two things. Number one massive medical issues with our firstborn son, number two building small business where credit cards were often close to maxed out as we got through cash flow issues.

We’ve been legitimately hurt by the use of credit scoring in automobile risk when we’ve never been an actual automobile risk.

That sucks, but that’s risk.

Heath issues could lead to you or your wife losing their job, meaning income plummets and you can no longer pay your bill.

Your small business could (like many) fail and drag the rest of your finances down with it.

That is financially risky. So your rates went up.

No, but you’re in a financially risky situation now compared to your past.

Do you really think national insurance companies with billions at risk don’t have data and statistics backing credit scores being a metric….even if it’s just the ability to pay a deductible?

You may be the outlier but I’m pretty sure the army of actuaries these companies have wouldn’t use credit scores if it wasn’t a factor.

Except we will pay for bailouts. They already tried during Covid to throw money at NYC and others similar.

I’m not battered nor hiding. You’ve had a busy day - I think you started posting around 7:20. Are you at 20 or 30 posts today, fricking loser. Seriously count your posts and report back - I actually feel bad for you.

Can you please use a comma or semi-colon every once in a while? What you type out makes you look dumb.

Do you know that studies have shown that being a grammar nazi is not a sign of intelligence?
