It appears that more and more evidence is pointing to the fact that your lipid profile is a good indicator for how well you will fight COVID. For example my HDL is always very high which is the good cholesterol and my COVID infection was very mild and I’m 55, 6’ and 195.

quote:

The low HDL cholesterol and high triglyceride concentrations measured before or during hospitalization are strong predictors of a severe course of the disease. The lipid profile should be considered as a sensitive marker of inflammation and should be measured in patients with COVID-19.

Someone had told me or I read it somewhere that oxygen levels were a factor. If too low, no monoclonal antibodies. I believe that was a reason for early treatment before oxygen levels dropped too far.

On the radio, Hannity was saying something about hospitals not prescribing the treatment once a person was admitted and that a person should first attempt to get the treatment before admission. Something about CDC guidelines for hospitals. I don't know how accurate that info is.

So you think the antibiotic kicked it or your natural immune system?

Sounds like the COVID caused a secondary infection and the antibiotic helped to knock it out.

These antibiotics also have anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, so they can help at that level, also.
I took doxy for a secondary bacterial bronchitis, but I'm sure it helped on several levels besides arresting the infection.

This^^^^ has been the reason tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands have died from Covid 19 in the US alone. Dr Malone has said for over 18 months that if each person who is unvaccinated is given known Covid-19 therapeutics early in the infection the chances of severe illness or death is minuscule.

Almost like they knew people would die.

I had covid and was virtually symptom free. Started feeling a bit strange while sitting on the couch watching T.V.....commented as much to my SO.

She left to go to the bathroom. Upon returning she found me unresponsive on the floor. I would later learn that I had a Grand Mal seizure (no past history).

In a coma for 17 days in ICU on a vent. After which, I awoke with no memory of that time period, save the hallucinations.

the following weeks/months I struggled to regain appetite, and experienced some pretty moderate to severe jaundice. Also some extremely elevated levels of ammonia in my blood.

To give you some idea about the other physical toles:

I have been weight lifter my entire life. Never followed a diet religiously or take roids or supplements other than a pre-workout as I got older.

prior to the hospital I worked out with 8 reps of 315 on bench and 10 reps of 405 on squat.

Sunday was my first day back in the gym and I was getting a hell of workout with 1/3 of those previous weights....and I sore as shite as I type this.

It did a number on me and many thought I was not going to make it.....but somehow I did.

Glad you are doing better

Almost like they want people to die. Covid pandemic is not a crisis if people don't die. The more people that die, the bigger the crisis and the bigger the fear. Can't have the Great Reset-Build Back Better agenda without a covid pandemic crisis and the bigger the better.

Had COVID in March, less severe than flu, didn't visit doctor. I'm 50 and have high HDL.
Got COVID again in September and I was tired one night. Not vaccinated.

Perty good. I have no issue with it.

I am a blessed man. Thank you Lord. I thank God every day for what I do not have.

It's bizarre how some are affected and others aren't. My experience with covid was 7 days of fever, brutal cough and lots of brain fog and muscle weakness. Took zinc and ibuprofen. All things considered very mild. One of my sibs, was hospitalized and close to vent, with double covid pneumonia and lung scarring.. 5 weeks later she is still on oxygen supplement and can't walk up a flight of stairs. Lungs are very very slowly recovering. My case was mild my sib nearly died. And similar health profiles. Bizarre.

This seems like a good mineral for any cold type illness.

I think I would find a new doctor. Before I did I would tell the old doctor to go F himself.

Day 6 headache and fatigue not changing, cough getting worse. Went to the doctor and found out it was covid. Told I'm too young and don't weight enough for monoclonal antibodies, sent home with a cough suppressant and told to go to the ER if I get worse

This doctor sucks. Find another one.

Day 1 started with alot of unusual muscle and joint pain to the point that it interrupted my workout. I assumed it was inflammation since I had already had a hard workout earlier that day and I figured I overdid it

Day 2 pain continued, constant headache and moderate fatigue set it. Assumed it was the follow-up to overdoing it working out the previous day

Day 2: Start Ivermectin
Day 3: Back at work

As much as we pay for health insurance if I was denied any type of treatment I'd be a pissed off customer.

Shits unreal... We give out free narcan to people who OD but they tell you tough shite if you have a man made virus.

good/bad in limits, bad a little high at times
triglycerides have always been double the high end range
CV (or more like the pneumonia and ICU protocols for treatment) was a serious challenge to overcome.

One takeaway is glad you made it through.
Another takeaway is thank the Lord y'all had that old doxy in your med cabinet.

One giveaway - build up your med arsenal now, before it is needed.

Here is one easy as pie way to do that:
Zelenko covid protocol in one pill

This is good as a preventative or to be taken as early as possible in case of infection. If you start feeling sicker, try to get steroid injections or pills, and a Z pack to take with the protocol caps. Plus the usual Tylenol or Advil for fever. Plenty of fluids. Rest.

PS. Not in any way pushing for the Zelenko thing. Just mean to be sharing it as a potential resource for those who can’t get their hands on IVM or HCQ. Hope that’s ok.
