Does Musks clearance grant him access to the file that has the names of the congress people who have used taxpayer dollars to settle sexual harassment claims?

That WOULD be true if this USAID money was circulated through multiple organizations to hide its destination. But trying to hide it all they fricked own dirty interest.
USAID was made by EO and can be reversed with an EO.
The money allocated by congress was never allocated to the specific NGO's that it has been going to. So FU.

Every time some POS congress critter starts to lecture me about ANYTHING, I simply recite the amount of bogus funding/pay he/she is getting from taxpayers funds.
