It's not real complicated, when you have no consequences for your actions you will keep pushing the envelope until you can't anymore.these kids don't have a dad around growing up and when they go to school no one can punish them. Then when they get an adult they get slaps on the wrist until they kill a person or two.then the cycle starts over.

She was one of those defund the police BLM people. She got what she advocated for. An early-release black criminal killed her.

Agree, but i don't think the Maryland policy was dictated in any way by BLM. According to twitter it was in place beforehand.
