Still looking for details to verify. My guess is Concord Catering is on a campaign finance report.

You can say that again. If Mueller wasn't a complete hack for the Deep State, his legal career would be in shambles and in disgrace. Bob Mueller has done more to discredit the good name of the US Dept of Justice than almost any other man alive today.

Are we still doubting the existence of Concord Catering?

Not blinding incompetence. Criminal abuse of the grand jury system.

Another $100 says no one caught Putin’s statement yesterday validating the existence of this “restaurant business” as he put it.

Far from incompetence, it is legal audacity.

Mueller: "As were ruining the lives of every Trump associate we can, we'd better attach some actual Russians to the thing to make it look legit."

Andrew Weissmann: "Okay. How about this company? Obviously we have no case, but they'll never come stateside to defend it, so no one will be the wiser."

Mueller: "Perfect! We're in the clear! Now go break into Manifort's home and feel up his wife in front of him."

Send that $100 to St.Jude's will you. It's one of my favorite charities.

In other words, Concord Management is arguing that Mueller and his army of attorneys charged Concord Management (and other Russian entities) with a vague-sounding “crime” that isn’t actually a crime.
Which BTW is EXACTLY what Andrew Weismann did to Arthur Andersen and it's Execs, shutting down a huge national accounting firm, costing thousands their jobs, and jailing innocent men in the process. All until SCOTUS ruled 9-0 against him in the appeal.

Yes, because only attorneys know how to read.

A clear sign it was a bullshite case, they told the judge they were not prepared???? WTF you brought the case and you arent prepared.

THEN they whipped out the ole never failed, "Classified Information", if that doesnt work they will use the tried and true "It will force us to divulge interview techniques".

WTF can be classified about it? Did they buy an expensive conference room table?

”Reading” and “understanding” are clearly quite distinct issues.
