For Kushner? Yeah. I'm comfortable assuming he's a criminal. His old man admitted to 18 counts of being a fricking idiot, the best of which was the one that involved hiring an escort to frick his sister's spouse (the charge was actually witness tampering). He got outwitted by Chris Christie.
Jared on the other hand has only walked into a meeting with the Russian ambassador to try and set up a secure line to Russia, only to have the him kindly explain that the US govt was almost certainly monitoring their lines out and wish him the best of luck in his future meetings with such luminaries as Sergey Gorkov and reminded him not to lie on any official disclosure forms and then have to amend them dozens of times.
