Special investigation cannot stop pardons.
Presidents often delay pardons for optical and political reasons.
But unless they have directly related evidence, a pardon on unrelated and political charges will occur from this president. He loves giving the finger to the swamp!
In that light, one must wonder why the investigation leaked this to MSM?
Indicates they have nothing related to Russia, collusion, inappropriate pressure, or anything Trump. They are trying to pressure an evidence dump. Don't think this is going anywhere close to the target!

With all the leaking we have seen since last October do you really believe that the ONE Thing that hasn't leaked yet is the actual evidence of any crimes?

It's not some bs legalize that Meuller is going to have to deal with...it's TRUMP NATION. And that believes that Meuller is corrupt to the core; and that his dismissal of any honest investigation including Hillary, Obama, Lynch, Comey, Deep State Intel Community (Russian Dossier) will PROVE His (Meuller's) complicity in what is essentially both a coverup and a coup.

Tell us how long its been since anyone has gone to prison on a FARA violation. Manafort won't need a pardon. At worst, he's looking at a fine.

Right now he's still looking for a crime to charge anyone with.
He MIGHT have a crime on Manafort, beyond the statute of limitations. Maybe, possibly, if only he breaks a couple of kneecaps, holds Manafort's family for ransom, has arranged for stalkers to threaten and intimidate Manafort's neighbor's children. Who's next on Mueller's list? Has he coerced and threatened and intimidated the 4th grade English teacher yet?
