I don't care if they're all wearing 3 piece suits and carrying brief cases, no one has the right to force their way into this country.
And the policy on the U S northern border is the same as the one on the southern border. How can it be racism? Whatever the race of the people on the southern border they don't have a right to force their way into the country. And no other counties have that policy either - including Mexico.

There's no emergency at the border so the wall still isn't getting built (hooray court challenges), but that's not to say this little scheme couldn't work for ACTUAL emergencies.
