You and I usually are able to communicate fairly well, but you’ve got me baffled on this one.
I am not aware of anyone claiming that this guy should not be subject to punishment and (if indeed an illegal alien) shouldn’t eventually be subject to return to his country after the end of his (hopefully long) prison sentence. I certainly do not want to send him to Mexico now, before he has been tried, convicted and punished for a crime he committed in the United States.
The abortion-related issues are completely independent of his immigration status. Hell, they are (in my view) completely independent of the identity of the person who impregnated the child. You are comparing coconuts to WTI crude.
