Mother of Biden's accuser called into Cnn looking for help?

A new clip has came out of what appears to be the mother of a senator staffer calling to find help for her daughter. The woman said they went to the officials in Washington but couldn't get help and did not know where else to turn. The clip is from 1993 the same year of the reported incident.

This pretty much confirms Reade's contention that she told others of some sort of bad incident with Biden all the way back when it happened.
Did it actually happen? Well it's not a confirmation of that, but it proves she didn't just recently make up these allegations. If she's lying, she's been lying since 1993.
