Supporting a set of principles is only half the reason for his support.
The other half is being dead set against the alternative principles such as open borders, DEI, more gun laws, censorship, higher taxes, men in women's restrooms, etc.

Based on my Liberaltarian friend in California melting about Trump at 7 AM Pacific time on our group text, the pivot is now back to Epstein and the Epstein files. Muh Trump only did the whole Iran thing to distract from the Epstein files. .. which he is apparently implicated everywhere in and is a confirmed Epstein bestie pedo.

In a Truth Social post on Thursday evening, Trump fumed, “There are reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers going through the Hormuz Strait — They better not be and, if they are, they better stop now!”
Iran “is doing a very poor job, dishonorable some would say, of allowing Oil to go through the Strait of Hormuz,” the president wrote in a follow-up post. “That is not the agreement we have!”

Serious question, I can't be upset about the zero work that's been done on bringing the Epstein pedos to justice? The zero work on holding those responsible for election fraud in 2020? The not getting involved in wars then having to because Israel owns our politicians? The nothing that was done in the FBI by what is perhaps the most ill informed deputy chief the FBI has every had. Abolishing DOGE when they were uncovering and exposing the fraud that we all knew was there but no one in DC was going to shed any light on it.

I am. It was his decision to dissolve DOGE. It was also his own words when he said that we should move on from the Epstein files. It was also his own words that we would not get involved in any wars and this conflict with Iran does nothing to push America first agenda.
