More hypocrisy. Kendall Jenner and cultural appropriation

Just flipping through the channels and I see some brain dead morons discussing Kendall Jenner’s “cultural appropriation” of an Afro from the picture below...
My real problem with this issue is two fold. The host of the show said Kendall stole African American culture and profited off of it.
1. Then why is it ok for a man to appropriate a female gender just by saying he is a female and not actually having a vagina? For example, the man who is destroying a bunch of females in woman’s MMA. How is it different?
2. If we are agreeing that African American’s do infact have a unique culture, then why is it so racist to say that this culture is responsible for single parent homes, gang banging, fiscal irresponsibility, etc.?

I just don’t get it. Because when you talk about black on black crime, single parent homes, etc.... black people claim there is no such thing as black culture
