He ended elections
Their constitution calls for suspending elections during war time, not that I agree with it. He would be voted out if they had elections.

When martial law is in effect, not when they are at war, he could easily suspend it for an election and the entire world knows it.

How many times has this guy fired people close to him for corruption.....no doubt giving them a golden parachute to keep their mouth shut as they laugh counting the US millions.
Yes sir!
The average Ukrainian would be so much better off being conquered by the morally pure democratic leader known as Putin!
Sarcasm [off]
Let’s examine two countries facing invasion at their starts.
South Korea under dictator Syngman Rhee faced off invasion by North Korea, Communist China, and the USSR. It survived. In the 80s it became truly democratic and the South Korean people are incredibly better off that the people of their would be conquerors!
Taiwan was occupied by the National Chinese dictator Chiang Kai-shek who fled the victorious communist on the mainland. They defeated several attempts of invasion. Again, in the 80s they started to embrace democratic reforms. Today their people are infinitely better off than their would be conquerors.
There is no reason to believe that an unconquered Ukraine won’t be better off than the perpetual suffering people of Russia.
But if conquered, they will suffer at least equally as the poor Russians.

Yep. With another manufactured "catastrophe" as the excuse.

He's a dictator as long as the war continues. Also keep in mind he refuses to negotiate peace. His approach to negotiating is by pretending that Ukraine is kicking Russia's arse and if Russia wants the fighting to stop, they must give back all that land, and pay them money. The arrogance of zelensky when it comes to sabotaging any potential end of the war is insane. It's clear he's wanting to be dictator until he dies of old age.
Would be like if a country took some of our land by force and we had absolutely no strength to take it back and no other country was going to put boots on the ground in an official capacity to take it back for us.. the main goal should be trying to end the conflict so more of our land doesn't get taken and we've breathing room to think about our next steps. Not just send countless people head first into what is akin to a wood chipper.. and rebuke all opportunities of peace negotiations.

That’s ridiculous. He refuses to give up his country’s territory for an unsecured peace and a promise to remain disarmed. He would gladly negotiate peace on the terms that Russia goes home.

Now do Russia and its bigger corruption.
This is the reason the Ukraine wanted to join the EU and had no appetite to join NATO until after Feb 2022

I am completely ambivalent about this conflict. I don't care who wins. It will not affect the United States one iota, no matter the result. I just don't want one red cent of American money to be spent on it. The perfect result would be the Ukes bleed the Russians dry and push them out, both Zelensky and Putin get Mussolini'd by their people, and all those inside the Beltway with their hands in the cookie jar go to prison. But, as long as we don't pay for it, let them fight.

Yup. And mainstream US media isn’t really talking about all this either. Shocker,
