The absolute horror stories you hear about this terrorist organization are mind-boggling.

Lifetime channel could fill up an entire month of horror movies about this organization and how they ruin families and lives.

And can't even do their job when the situation calls for their protection.

There are many more I could post.

I have personally seen the good ole boy system used. An Attorney liked this girl I knew and he helped her get the kids and used CPS to do it.

I have seen a woman get her kids taken over proven false reports. It took her years because the other party would bring up a stalling tactic.

The system is geared to give the gov control.

Well Costanza is a self-admitted attorney.

...not to mention an Auburn fan.

Two very good reasons to take anything he/she says with a grain of salt.

Oh good lord. What exactly have I said?

That you're hearing only one side of this story because the state isn't allowed to comment? True or false?

That there IS more to this story than is in that article? How could you possibly dispute that?

That to put the kid into foster care means that there is a protective order in place, which means that there was an indication of abuse and that it was signed off on by a judge? Can you dispute that?

That I'm an attorney and have done this type of work? I guess you could dispute that, but don't know why you would.

That you are taking one person at their word without the entire story and getting outraged like a liberal? Indisputable.

Oh, and I did laugh at the "self-admitted attorney."

I'll be sure not to out myself again in the future.

My kids go to private school.

Even if I were to homeschool and let them play videos game all day ... it'll still be better than public school.

Any fricker that shows up, arrests me, and then puts my kids in a fricking foster home ... better be prepared to look over his shoulder the rest of his life.

I find the fact you're an Auburn fan a much more egregious offense than being an attorney.

That's mostly true doesn't mean jack shite. In all likelihood it was signed off by a non lawyer magistrate who read an affidavit put out by an agenda driven agency without questioning it, much less verifying that the kids had the proper paperwork to not attend school.

You think any of the above actually look into the specifics of each case? It's another day in the office to them.

Graduate. Did you graduate from Alabama?

Nice pivot, by the way.

False. She has a video online where she reads the accusation from court. That is unless you, as an attorney, are suggesting there would be no said document.

Answered above.

And it's not disputed that they can do so without proof and without the defendant being there to .....defend themselves.

You are being entirely dishonest to use that. You KNOW that the bar is low and the defendant is not present.

You aren't understanding my point. I'm saying there's something going on here other than home schooling or home schooling paperwork.

Sure did. BA and MA.

Well, since Jjdoc is doing such a good job of refuting your points, I figured I'd just make fun of your obviously horrible, horrible choice of school.

You are not understanding the point. Are those accusation required to get an order and are those recorded into documentation and is the defendant and attorney allowed access to know what the charges are?

Sure. She damned the School System on Facebook so some clown decided to punish her by "losing" the paperwork in the system.

If it comes out she abused her kids, then we are all wrong. If she didn't then heads need to roll. There is no excuse for taking a personal grudge to the level of arresting someone and taking her kids.

My attorney would be there yesterday with millions for emotional damage in a lawsuit. I would also demand that it go to trial just to embarrass every person who was involved in this story.

The only way I would settle is if the court mandates that all of the above become my personal servants for the remainder of their lives and that any assets/property/income they or their children produce is mine and belong to my family in perpetuity.

You are absolutely right, but I can assure you that your attorney hates you.

I get what's going on. Someone fricked up big time. I think it's rather cute that you think these agencies are manned by competent people and that somehow magically the govt here must have a compelling case... BC you know, Meruca.

Personally I would make it my life mission to bankrupt every person involved in this decision. I would also GTFO of that school district to avoid retaliation.

There has to be more to this story. CPS wouldn't come out after a week for truancy. Since her kids were not doing well in school, I wonder if they were skipping often or a teacher had noticed something awry,

Wasn't there a big story a year or 2 ago in the northeast where the kids were taken from their mother for another really stupid reason?

Anyone remember this story and know what happened with that case?

Yeah I wouldn't care. I would be out for everything short of blood (even that would be tempting).
