IF you really believe "protecting our nation" is served by blowing up "drug runner boats" as a ruse to invader Venezuela, kidnap their President and wife, and occupy that nation's country, then I don'y know what to tell you.

I wish we had a snippet of the board and it's sentiment when Obama unilaterally bombed the frick out of Libya and set in motion the shite show of the Arab spring.

It would be an awesome thing for people to actually learn the Constitution.
I'm not sure which part of the constitution you think gives the President this power because it doesn't. What you are talking about is the War Powers Act.
And it's constantly abused.
