Why would that establish motive? Seems unlikely. Apparently his hit list contained many other Dems who didn't vote with Republicans on that issue.

Do you find it interesting that after killing a politician and while attempting to kill another he gets into a shootout with police and he just disappears.
But the really interesting part is the media has already tracked down his “second“ home and is interviewing his WOW looking roomie. Who is reading texts from the alleged shooter and giving political sound bites.
How is it that the media is able to track this person down before federal agents? That house should have been sealed off and searched, the roommate brought in for questioning, his cell phone taken as evidence.
But we can get a sound bit of this loon being a Trump voter? Come’on.

You linked Religion News Service as the primary source for his religious beliefs. Both of which stem from a two hour sermon that has only been viewed (until yesterday) 13 thousand times. Have you ever heard of that site before today? And you somehow think this is credible?

From many reports he was trained and clearly had a plan.
Your typical patrol/duty LEO aren't ready/trained to deal with a shootout scenario so it's not this crazy scenario.

Why is this so shocking to you? If he wasn't detained by LEO, the media would find him quickly and try to interview him. This isn't a Herculean effort or anything.
If a suspect here were announced, I could find any property or company with his name on it within 5-ish minutes. It's not hard.
