Alright progs, line up and tell us this wasn't purposeful (who wears skirts and flashes their nylon covered junk repeatedly?) and that this person is totally sane.

Yea, that's who they chose to read to kids, and are shocked that he wore a miniskirt and kept exposing his nylon covered junk to kids.
Quite honestly, I'm shocked too. No one could have seen this coming. /s
