Shocking. Of course this happened. You had to have known from the second the lawsuit was announced that this had some ambulance chaser and big funding behind it. Can’t say I blame the migrants given how poor they are and what they’ve likely been promised.

What is so dangerous about this lawsuit is the wrong judge could rule the migrants have constitutional rights.

When Desantis becomes as dangerous to Democrats as Trump the DOJ will open an investigation into Desantis.
They will seek to prosecute him for flying illegals while the Biden Administration simultaneously does the same thing.
Just like they’re prosecuting Trump for having docs in storage while Obama and Hillary did the same thing.
Desantis hasn’t reached that status yet but he will should he eclipse Trump.
