Deserve is a subjective term. IMO, regardless to how anyone feels about 44, his politics, etc.. He was the first black president of the US. That, in and of itself is probably one of our nations most crowning moments outside of the DOI, Civil war, etc.. With that said, I don't even remember what he got it for, but if it was for being the first black POTUS, he probably deserved that. Just for that 1 simple fact.
