"if he doesn't we may have to shut down the places he visits."
They are dying to get pics of Trump with a mask on.
This is what they're going for now.
EDIT: I don't believe she was saying there would be some king of stand off. She was basically saying they will punish whoever let's Trump visit without wearing a mask (shut them down and clean up).

The AG needs to push one of those guys wearing a suit, sunglasses and earpiece to the side and walk up to the President and give him a mask.

No State Govenor has the authority to tell POTUS what and where he can visit with what on. We have been over this several times.

There was an incident like this in Chile in which the Chilean security tried to box out the Secret Service as W was entering a facility. Caused a huge incident and the SS didn’t take it well.

I agree, and they won't stop him.
What they are saying they'll do is punish the businesses that he doesn't wear a mask visiting.
They were already framing it. "We know Trump cares enough about himself to take HCQ, so he should respect others health and wear a mask when he visits".
