Big Mike can settle all of it by filing a defamation lawsuit against Josh Hokit but she won't, she doesn't dare.
If she does shes smearing the entire trans community, is it an insult to call her trans?Horrors.
And , if many of us suspect, she IS a man, discovery would be a real eye opener. You know what the defendants are gonna ask for, and she won't be able to say no.

Yep a simple blood sample will tell the truth. You can get all the surgeries you want done but the DNA is not changing.

I don't know whether or not Moochelle has a dick, but I do find it odd that, as far as I know, "she" has never even addressed the matter. Moochelle never passes up a chance to play the victim and blame "racist white people" for everything.

Lawsuits require actual damages. She has no damages to speak of, unless she can show somebody actually pulled out of a financial deal because of this very specific comment made last weekend.

A brain damaged UFC fighter claimed my wife to be a man on TV years ago. I immediately had her submit a DNA test and sit for a polygraph.

Sure, she can file suit, but she's not going to embarrass herself having it dismissed because she has suffered no damages. Public figures must show actual financial loss related to the reputational harm to win a defamation suit. Unless someone has already told her, "Michelle, this UFC guy said you're a man, so we can't work with you anymore," she has no damages.
