There's also been reporting that the President's legal team expects it (I think "resigned" to it was the language).

Good point. Whatever it is, its not good news for michael cohen. He isn't getting no jail time without something valuable in return.
I am curious as to why the state is doing this as opposed to the feds. I guess we will find out.

Standard language for a plea agreement to require cooperation in all law enforcement investigations. This means literally nothing.
