Cohen is likely Trump's personal dirt man
somebody like Trump, who i'm sure has been involved in shady shite for decades, knows you have to separate your different circles so one can't kill everything.

This is a textbook takedown of a hierarchical organization. Get a low-level guy to turn on a mid-level guy, who turns on an inner-circle guy, who turns on the kingpin.
Maybe that happens here, and maybe not. but minimizing the first-level takedown just demonstrates ignorance of the process.

Cohen is a card. Here's a story the BBC's breaking today from Ukrainian sources that Cohen was paid $400k (one source said $600k) for access to a longer meeting with Trump. A few months later they walked a way with some missiles and Ukraine's participation in the Paul Manafort investigation dropped.

that still doesn't really hit Trump
if it's true, Cohen is fricked, but paying a third party for access to politicians is how lobbying works. it's illegal in this case b/c of FARA

Oh Doc. Everyone knows the Dems are the ones in bed with the Ukraine. How far have you fallen. Still relying on anonymous sources....but the accusations and those accused were once regarding important people...this is just sad.

Cohen is in a world of shite right now. I doubt he is thinking much about trump. And that could pose a problem for trump.
