He wasn't crouching to hide from the police. He was crouching because of what sounded like gunshots. With that said he was not racially profiled. He was illegally detained because he was running. And with that said you can be sure that the cops told him if he moves they would blow his head off. It's more than possible, even probable, that a cop said that if the cop even thought he remotely was the alleged shooter . It would actually be a smart thing to say, even if the cop was holding a taser.

I was flipping through the radio channels yesterday and turned it to the Dan LeBatard show and they were talking about this subject. He was reading email after email of people that were skeptical of MB's claims. Some were referring to fake claims by Lebron James that racial words were spray painted on his property, etc. LeBatard was beside himself with disgust at how his audience could be skeptical of MB's claims. Um Huh!

LeBatard completely missed the point. He was saying things like," how can people not believe their is racism in 2017?"
But what the emails were clearly saying were, not that there isn't racism, but that so many reports are false or exaggerated that it harms cases where real racism is involved.

I definitely had to slow the video down and look at it multiple times to see exactly what it was. Hard to tell simply by looking at it in real time. But, it doesn't really make sense for him to have his taser out. They walked straight out of the casino where they were sweeping for the suspect. They all had their weapons drawn and were in tactical formation. I can't imagine that cop would see this guy bolt, put away his gun, and grab his taser.

The video showed that there were literally hundreds of black men in the casino at the time. The police didn't detain any of them. They detained Michael Bennett because he was acting suspicious. I suspect that he did so on purpose in order to get the publicity.
Is it possible that he could have been acting suspiciously because he was involved with the shooter?
