I guess Im not melinda gates smart...
In her discussion...whats so different between US and Germany. We kept certain sectors of the economy going...we eased in reopening. we kept certain states going. No need for SDakota to be on lock down like NY. SDakota rules arent necessarily good for NY. We have governors elected by each states citizenry for a purpose. Governors are not federal appointees...Governors should know the nature of their state
