If you look back on it in retrospect, once she went after her GEOTUS in the debate, her career trajectory has been a downward spiral. I guess he really did break her

I'm not positive....but I believe her recent blackface comment was the last straw. Quite possibly NBC was looking for an excuse to end the experiment...and she delivered it. That said, her blackface comment was not nearly egregious as some have complained. For those that missed it, she said that wearing blackface as a Halloween costume was no big deal. The left jumped on that big time...and, I think, NBC said "Enough".

My wife and I both work, and she is conservative. She isn’t watching daytime TV. The networks are not gearing program toward someone like her. In the baby boomer generation, in my experience, it seems like many housewives were conservative. Now, most of the stay-at-home wives that I know tend to be liberal, and the working professional women lean conservative (and also tend to be more private about their political ideology).

Megyn’s career was on life support after she took up Murdoch’s instructions to go hard after Trump.
In sports terms, she was a pending free agent who was going to get paid but pretty much everyone saw the danger signs. It just took one sucker to overpay her the best immediately regret it.

Don’t feel bad for her at all. She knowingly wanted to and got paid.
Her mistake (among many) was in switching from a male dominated, conservative night time audience to a morning, liberal network. She was never going to be accepted and then when she voiced a few opinions, well - it was over.
