You think not using the most powerful technology of all time is how the US will "win?"
You think AI that can hack our infrastructure is going to be defeated by humans?
You think humans are going to provide better solutions than AI that can process information thousands of times faster and handle thousands more variables at a time? And thousands is the low end.
AI is a risk, but not using it is an even bigger risk.
You guys complain about Trump attacking Iran and how it wouldn't happen if they had nukes, but you can't apply that logic to AI?

No limits on AI. This is an advancement and would be against out human nature to throttle down its progress for the sake of liberal arts students or anyone. If it takes jobs because it does the job most effectively the Market will adjust to human nature. Litigation isn't going to do that naturally.
