Maybe this is something that Rubio wanted to do that aligned with Trump.
Not dissimilar bringing a Bobby in. Yes part of it is getting votes and part of it is giving him a position he actually cares about and wants to tackle the issues. Trump even makes the, keep him away from the liquid gold joke. But on health he’s good.
