Cumings district has a higher percentage of college graduates than ANY of Alabama's districts. Cumings district has a higher H.S. graduation rate than any of Alabamas districts except 6. Cumings district has a higher median household income and a lower poverty rate than almost all of Alabama (except Alabama 6). Source is U.S. Census.
If Maryland 7 is a third world place, then what does that say about Alabama?
